Group Chief Human Capital Officer – Emirates Steel Arkan (Emsteel)

Jasem Mohamed Al Khateri is Group Chief People Officer at Emsteel. He is responsible for the group’s strategic human capital management.

Al Khateri brings to his role 21 years of professional experience and holds notable expertise in strategic planning management.

During his career, Al Khateri has worked in both the public and private sectors in the UAE. Prior to joining Emsteel, he held the position of Director of Human Resources at the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi. In a previous role, he served as the Manager of Human Resources at the Western Region Development Council.

Al Khateri also, spent over 12 years working with the E& Group, where he held various positions, including his latest role being Director of Planning and Forecasting.
