Abdulaziz Abdulla Al Hajri has over 33 years of experience with ADNOC and its group of companies.

Al Hajri currently serves as a board member at ADNOC Distribution, Emirates Steel Arkan, Adnoc Refining and Abu Dhabi Polymers Company (Borouge). Before this, he was Executive Director, Downstream Industry at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) where he was responsible for maximizing value from ADNOC’s downstream gas, refining and petrochemical businesses, developing and implementing growth strategies through partnerships.

He also served as CEO of Borouge between 2007 and 2016, helping the Company to expand more than seven times its original capacity by successfully completing two mega expansions during his tenure totaling over $10 billion of investment.
