Corporate Social Responsibility
EMSTEEL has a Corporate Social Responsibility Policy that establishes the principles guiding our actions and behaviors concerning our social responsibility, employee, and labor rights. It stipulates its commitment to respect and adhere to all jurisdiction laws and regulations applicable to it and its operations and to align with the principles and provisions of international best practice and relevant and applicable international frameworks.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility commitments include:

⦿ Actively engage and support local communities, promote local sourcing and expertise, and avoid involuntary resettlements.
⦿ Uphold the highest health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of employees and workers. We comply with all applicable UAE occupational health and safety laws, UAE regulations, and other requirements, where applicable.
⦿ Respect human rights and avoid contributing to armed conflict, human rights abuses, or risks in all areas of operation.

⦿ Provide employees with training and career development programs, including aspects related to human rights, sustainability, and business ethics.
We are committed to ethical conduct and transparency and offer a confidential, anonymous whistleblower program & system, refer to Violation Reporting System. We maintain fair and transparent processes that protect workers from any threats or use of undignified disciplinary practices. The Corporate Social Responsibility Policy will be reviewed and amended as and when required to ensure reflection of contemporary business practices, our operational philosophy, and evolving business requirements.
